Verification
Anyone posting a need from Lebanon must complete identity verification. ID documents are encrypted, stored in a private bucket, and reviewed by trained admins. We retain documents only while verification is pending and up to 30 days after a decision.
Moderation
Every Need, Club and NGO listing is reviewed by a moderator before becoming public. Users can report any content or message with one click — reports are triaged within 24 hours.
Communication
All conversations happen inside the app. We never expose your phone number or email. You can block any user at any time, and blocked users cannot contact you again.
Funds
We do not handle money. Our NGO directory only links to vetted organisations' own donation pages — you give to them directly. We re-verify NGO listings annually and remove any that lose accreditation.
Information security (NIS2-aligned)
- Strict role-based access control with audit log of every privileged action.
- Encrypted storage; private buckets accessed only via short-lived signed URLs.
- Row-level security on every database table.
- Documented incident-response procedure with 24-hour user notification target.
- Dependency-vulnerability scanning and timely patching.
